CLEARINGHOUSESThe MAGIC Clearinghouse Committee was established for the sole purpose of facilitating progress and growth among state GIS data clearinghouses in order to enhance statewide and national initiatives to better serve local, state, and national communities. The primary activity of this group is to organize an annual summit for state GIS clearinghouse staff and strategic partners. Additionally, the Clearinghouse Committee hopes to expand the technical abilities of state clearinghouses through the open exchange of information regarding success programs and projects, strategic plans and standards, and technical architectures. 2022 ANNUAL SUMMITThe 2022 MAGIC Clearinghouse Summit will be held August 24-25, 2022 in Des Moines, IA. MAGIC will cover the cost of 2 hotel rooms for 2 nights per state. To qualify, you must work for a MAGIC States Clearinghouse and you also must book your hotel room using the link below by August 1.
