MAGIC 2010 Project Submission

You are invited to share your GIS work with other attendees of the MidAmerica GIS Symposium by presenting a poster or a computer-based exhibit. The Project Showcase will be held:
Tuesday night, April 20th, 2010, from 5:30 to 8:00 P.M.

Submission Guidelines

  1. The Project showcase is limited to public sector (non-commercial) GIS users.
  2. Presentations that market specific products or services will not be accepted.
  3. Participants with digital showcases can contact Heather Eisenbarth for submission guidelines.
  4. Each participant showcasing posters will be provided with a poster board for mounting maps and hard copy, and/or table space for computer presentations.
  5. Maximum size for posters is 7.5 feet wide by 3.5 feet tall.
  6. The presenter must be available at the Showcase opening to answer questions from other participants at the Symposium.
  7. Submissions should be received by April 12, 2010.
  8. All participants are required to register and pay registration fees for the MAGIC 2010 Symposium.
